What is your returns policy?

How long is the dispatch time?

I aim to have all nails dispatched out within a 3-7 day period, depending on design. Your order will be dispatched out to you on a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. A tracking number will be provided at the time of dispatch.

How do I size my nails?

If you are struggling with the sizing of your nails, please refer to the sizing chart pictured on each product page. You can also find the size guide here. If you need any further help, please get in touch and I'll be more than happy to help.

What if my press ons arrive damaged?

All of the press ons I create are packaged with the journey in mind. However, in the unlikely event that your nails arrive damaged, please contact Beautybymee1@hotmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
